Christmas For Breakfast is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation recognized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 85-3674713).

Specific purpose: improve the lives and health of underprivileged communities in Vietnam by sharing gifts, giving hope, and changing lives.

• We collaborate with trusted local partners to reach the most vulnerable.
• No substantial part of our activities involves lobbying or political campaigning.
• Upon dissolution, remaining assets will be distributed to a similar 501(c)(3).
